Dakshya Books periodically publishes two magazines – Dikshya and Tanuja for its avid readers that is growing day by day and not just centered in Odisha but across the country where Odia folks reside. Dikshyaand Tanuja (targeted at women) both are monthly publication.

The sole purpose for these two magazines is to provide interesting articles for its readers to muse over including promote Odia language and Odia literature through these publications.

Dr Suniti Mund while still a teen and residing at her home town, also has the distinction of starting a women’s magazine – ‘Kalpita’ in association with other women writers from the Kalahandi district, today independently run by these other women writers.

With the sole intention of promoting Odia literature and language on an international level, Dr Suniti Mund tied up with a publisher in the United States of America as an Editor and initiated a new magazine ‘Pratishruti’ published in USA. Today, she is not a part of ‘Pratishurti’ but still Dr Suniti Mund strives hard to promote Odia language and culture in other parts of the world with sheer determination and dedication.

We the team of Dakshya Books has started an initiation to promote Odia language and literature globally. In an effort to achieve our goal we have introduced a novel based monthly Odia magazine named as DIKSHYA. This magazine is available through the state of Odisha and also available to Odias staying in other parts of the country. We are soon overseeing plans to cater the said magazine among the Odias residing in various parts of the globe.

Tanuja is a woman centric magazine that features articles, stories etc. with a female protagonist in the lead.
It’s a monthly publication that other than a fiction story, also has lots of information for female readers including new learnings, teachings, etc.

Tanuja Magazine is now in the conceptuatising stage for its grand event – Tanuja Queen – a beauty queen contests that will kickstart from Odisha and soon spread to other states in the country where women can compete for 3 titles at each event – Tanuja Navy Queen, Tanuja Odisha Queen and Tanuja Raja Queen.

Tanuja Magazine is also planning to implement a new hangout for the young women – Tanuja Club both at a district level and the state level. A novel concept where various activities will be held periodically for women and these activities will be exclusively featured in the magazine.
